Return Policy

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are only allowed for defective merchandise, and they must be made within 30 days of purchase. All sales are final. However, only if an item is defective, we will do our best to replace it when possible. If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund. Prior to returning an item, you must contact us if an item you purchased on CamouflageRecords.com is defective. In your email, please include your name, email, order number, photos, and the exact reason for your return. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted. 

Order Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any order cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately and we will make every effort to correct it.

Refusing a Package
In the event you refuse your package, only the purchase price will be refunded once all of the goods have been received and inspected by Camouflage Records. All shipping, costs, duties, fees, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Clothing Returns
If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, not been worn, and is in re-sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. You are responsible for all shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us.

Method of Payment
In the event that a refund is required, we will refund the original form of payment for the price of the product less the shipping cost. Refunds are generally posted within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping on your Item
When shipping your item back to us, please use UPS, FEDEX or US Mail with Confirmation and tracking. We are not responsible for lost packages. Unless you are returning a defective item, you will be responsible for all return shipping fees.

Right of Refusal / Restocking Fee
If a return fails to meet the Camouflage Records Return Policy conditions, we reserve the right to either refuse a return or charge a 15% restocking fee.
